Great company to work for. Very professional, well structured processes. I was surrounded by great professionals. The company decided to go private again, a couple of managers changed and I decided to leave (after a few years, they went public for the second time). Some of my colleagues are still there and very happy.

Terrible culture. Many rounds of layoffs impacting lots of employees that had years of experience. Sales leadership is clueless about selling cloud data management software.

Started out great, but in January 20 24, they laid off a bunch of critical leadership and it’s been a mess ever since. Now that salesforce has announced the acquisition were being micromanaged to a point where I’m spending eight hours a week updated and spreadsheets and PowerPoint and doing multiple QBR’s at the end of quarters. It’s complete madness.
