Informatica does not value the Sales Organization from the CRO down to IC's. Informatica favors the Renewals org up their the E-suite leader and has created a revenue model centered on renewals and gouging its customer base through egregious renewal policies. Sales is put in a position of increased friction with both the Renewals team as well as Customers due to a lack of investment & innovation in product, and uncompetitive pricing & contract structures.

INFA's culture is similar to Oracle; you need to have the right accounts and be under the right leadership to be successful

My experience with the company was lackluster. There were a lot of people that had been there for years and were largely 2nd/3rd tier quality people or those who had been in the role for years. The energy in the company was dead and the levels of bureaucracy/numbers of adjacent teams required to get deals done was insane.
