Informatica does not value the Sales Organization from the CRO down to IC's. Informatica favors the Renewals org up their the E-suite leader and has created a revenue model centered on renewals and gouging its customer base through egregious renewal policies. Sales is put in a position of increased friction with both the Renewals team as well as Customers due to a lack of investment & innovation in product, and uncompetitive pricing & contract structures.

Great commission incentives, great people. Learned a lot here, base was low for the digital sales in comparison to market value, however we were making this up with commissions.

Honestly, this is the worse company I ever worked for. Politics run everything over talent. Managers cherry picked deals already in the words or specific accounts and will give it to their favs. Guys who won an award didn’t even run his deals or close or…leadership did. He even admitted it and told the team he felt bad.
