Former Employee My time at the company was largely positive until a surprising turn of events. Despite the company's evident growth, we were met with collective redundancy, which was both unexpected and disheartening. What made this experience particularly bitter was the exit package offered, which felt inadequate considering the years of dedication many of us had put into the company. This situation was further exacerbated by a lack of transparency from leadership. It seemed as if they were navigating a ship without a clear direction, leaving us without the information or rationale behind their decisions. This lack of communication and consideration for long-serving employees tarnished my overall impression of the company.
