Terrible culture. Many rounds of layoffs impacting lots of employees that had years of experience. Sales leadership is clueless about selling cloud data management software.

Lots of changes since company went public. Multiple rounds of layoffs late in the quarter. Limited opportunities for advancement & very little ethnic diversity in sales leadership roles. Pay is good when commission hits.
