Heavy legacy on-premise PowerCenter customer base to churn over to cloud where lots of companies have made alternate moves with ecosystems or niche vendors. Comp plan continues to deteriorate in terms of multipliers but overall quota pretty static.

Poor sales leadership outside US, purely transactional discussion, no involvement in plans, territory landscape or strategy. Also need to re-frame brand from traditional pure integration perception.
