Overall, I appreciated my time at Insight Global. The base+time to promotion are the biggest hurdles. You better hope you live in a LOC area or with family before you get promoted. There is a decent amount if turnover, and I think the initial promotion time has a lot to do with it. 1 year making under $50k will ensure that you keep your options open to new positions.

Work Hard, Play hard, - Challenging first year with very low base salary, once established AM's have no incentive to leave.

You can make a ton of money here which is really exciting. Biggest drawback is no inbound leads, and no sales enablement - this all falls on the account manager
