Staff Augmentation works but is done by many big players. Nothing different around supplying contractors to organisations. The success in the role is entirely determined by the Recruiters (delivery team) finding the correct people.

I have been at Insight Global for over 10 years and it's a great place to work. Like any sales role, it's hard work, but the culture and comp make it worth it.

The company as a whole is great, but the commission structure is pretty horrendous and there is a threshold where you do not see commission on roughly 1/3 of your OTE.
