The company has an amazing learning and development program, however the rest of the company is dismal. Your starting base salary is very close to minimum wage and you are not eligible for commission until you are promoted which happens at 9-12 months. Once promoted you still have to exceed a threshold before receiving commission you do not receive for every placement. There is certainly opportunity to make money here, but I think it comes down to luck than skill for majority of people.

Great company and overall experience. Entry base is low but growth opportunity is good. 2-3 years in majority of hired do really well.

My experience was as a recent college graduate not knowing what to expect. To this day, best culture I've ever been a part of, but that's because it's a very work hard/play hard culture. And I mean play VERY hard, even during work days. I enjoyed my time there but for anyone looking to get into the Account Management role as a male, I'd probably stick to recruiting....Read More
