Great company! Had no issues and enjoyed my time in the role. Very flexible and understanding staff. No issues at all. However, the role is a 1099 role, other than that - no issues.

Incredible sales management and promote from within structure if you have sales aspirations. As a senior account manager the role provides great work life balance with uncapped commissions.

The people were absolutely incredible, and I truly developed my professional skills so much. However, the compensation is criminally low for somewhere that only hires from within. You cannot earn commission for about 10 months, and the pay during that time translates to about 45k annually before overtime ….in the most expensive cities (I was in LA).
