Insperity has struggled the last year. The opportunity for residuals is the main incentive, as well as set up fees. Each office has its own culture. Turnover is significant.

My overall experience was amazing, best job I’ve ever had for 7+ years. That being said, your experience will be directly tied to your direct manager and geographic location. TX, CA, NY are top performing markets for Insperity and PEO in general. My former manager is now in FAANG and one of my best friends.

Mediocrity thrives at Insperity so, if you're an average salesperson can make a career here if you simply suck it up and follow the rules. At first, Insperity seems like a great company but, you soon realize that in Sales, as a BPA, you are lead generation for "old" sales reps who take half your potential commission.
