Former Employee Mediocrity thrives at Insperity so, if you're an average salesperson can make a career here if you simply suck it up and follow the rules.
At first, Insperity seems like a great company but, you soon realize that in Sales, as a BPA, you are lead generation for "old" sales reps who take half your potential commission. Insperity won't let you close a deal on your own for some time so, you end up splitting commissions with "old" sales reps for the first 2 years or maybe longer.
Also, their sales technology (CRM) is garbage. Likewise, the internal technology systems that run Insperity are archaic.
