Mediocrity thrives at Insperity so, if you're an average salesperson can make a career here if you simply suck it up and follow the rules. At first, Insperity seems like a great company but, you soon realize that in Sales, as a BPA, you are lead generation for "old" sales reps who take half your potential commission. Insperity won't let you close a deal on your own for some time so, you end up splitting commissions with "old" sales reps for the first 2 years or maybe longer. Also, their sales technology (CRM) is garbage. Likewise, the internal technology systems that run Insperity are archaic.

Overall experience was positive however, it is a very tough sell. The product is only a fit for a very niche group of companies and HR is not always at the forefront of those companies minds or budgets.

My overall experience was generally positive, it is a great company to work for. There are too many reps fishing in the same pond.
