Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee It's not truly a software company, as the customer only pays a markup on human labor booked through the platform. It's a temp agency in tech startup clothes. Morale is very poor, quality of workers (pros) is low, and customers are rightly dissatisfied. It's a churn and burn sale with no long term incentive for sales people. Unethical sales practices include cold calling/texting cellphones and recording those calls regardless of state (illegal in CA). The timing of their last funding round should be a clue - nobody that could afford to wait was accepting the terms that came with funding at that time. The market has shifted in a way that is detrimental to this business that did well during Covid. The present here is uncomfortable and the future here is bleak.
