This company has a lot of internal work to do. Constantly changing the structure and will not change the one thing that everyone at the company agrees upon. Quota is unrealistic and if you hit quota, you’re lucky. There is zero diversity. Training is good, but commission structure is terrible. No work life balance and high turnover. The best time to arrive here was over a year ago.

My experience working at Instawork has been positive. I have seen many ICs get promoted to management positions. Instawork highly values career growth and development and is invested in every rep (large tool stack to provide resources, constant skills training, reevaluation of comp, and more).
