Former Employee Market leader in digital flexible labor. Great team culture and training that is ongoing through lunch and learns about the product, as well as, cold call role plays. Everyone was chill, and there was no micromanaging going on. Managers and other people on your team are really supportive and helpful in reaching quotas. Usually, 1-2 inbound leads per day, although only 2-4 per month will actually qualify for a legit opportunity. Very seasonally driven business needs depending on the customer. Timing is everything, as you will have to rebuild your pipeline every 2 months to get qualified opportunities for companies that need flexible labor. The majority of the quota is volume-based on the shifts filed, and since there are no contractual agreements, companies can easily cancel shifts at a moment's notice. It's people you are essentially selling, and if one temp does a bad job or does not show up for a temp shift, customers will cancel all future shifts. Since the quota is tied to AEs closing, hitting your quota depends on how hard the AE wants to work for it. Thus, a lot of the quota is out of your hands, which can be frustrating.
