Great leadership and support, relatively good compensation for the role but tough to move up in the company. Overall, great company and they care about their employees. Would work for them again.

Immediate manager is great. Very collaborative, encouraging, all about sales, and is all about the people. This is not always the case as you get to C-Level. Paying commission is challenging at times. Finance and sales are not on the same page. Finance had a different way to look at commissions than sales(yes I said that).
