Allergic to selling as an organization. Ownership (not leadership) does not value salespeople enough to properly equip, support and incentivize them. Very top-down when it comes to how the owners run the company. For example; all internal promotions have to be okayed by multiple signatories across the global org, all the way up to the global CEO.
