Do yourself a favor: just don't work here. Leadership doesn't care for employees. The culture is toxic. Almost no one meets quota. The company has shrunk by more than 50% over the last two years and leadership continues to get rid of employees who don't unquestioningly shut up and do what they're told at the expense of customers.
