Former Employee Early on my experience was very positive, well funded, innovative product, great people.
However after taking $150m in series C thinks went down. The org expanded too fast, hubris within leadership kicked in but sales remained largely static. Fast forward a year after that, 3 separate layoff rounds, founders gone, replace by a revolving door of sub par leaders put in by the PE owners. Culture nowhere (in spite of the “paid for” awards to the contrary), retention in free fall inexplicable strategy calls and lack of investment in product meant that market share being taken by younger more innovative start ups and having to backpedal to catch up… ultimately a disaster. Avoid
