I will start off by saying this is my personal experience and others could have different experiences from mine.
When I first started here I loved it. I was booking meetings as an SDR, making quota & actually helping people who wanted the product.
Then when I got "promoted" to AE and I started hearing my customers experiences with the company I became increasingly upset.
All you have to do is look at reviews from actual customers and see what they're talking about.
To top it off, the majority of the sales organization are contract workers with barely adequate pay.
The reason I said "promoted" is because I have yet to see an increase in pay even though I was promised it twice... without even asking for it.
Honestly, I love some of the people there but I can't work for a company that's being unethical like this.
