Seems like targets here are set unrealistically for the roles as it seems difficult to hit. Things get changed post quarter which makes it difficult for you to know where you are.

Current contractor, base pay is alright but basically no commission. Outsource a lot of work. Leadership and training is great but if you’re a contract worker, tough luck. Seen people hit 150% quota for years and still haven’t been hired full time.

My overall experience was good. I was a SMB AE on contract. The role was overal pretty easy but the pay is nothing when you're a contractual role. However, the best part about it is you learn/grow a lot and it looks great on the resume. So I started my sales career there from BDR to AE in less than 7 months and flipped it to a full time role with a great company....Read More
