Current Employee Run as fast as you can. Part of the ugly duckling's of Pre-AI startups that received funding based on 20-30x revenue multiples in 2021/2022. Growth is consistent at ~15-20% which equates to about 19% quota attainment across the board. Culture and morale all-time lows. Nearly all top sellers left by end 2023 to go to better run organizations. Iterable has cleaned house on sales leadership top down 3 times in 3 years now. New culture is very much focused on being a "dashboard" company without any real enablement or support from marketing, partnership, or agency teams. Deal win % against biggest competitor braze is ~15% across the board. If you're one of the lucky reps who closes the sole 7-figure contract each year, then you are handsomely paid.
