Ivanti offers a solid compensation structure and can be a decent place to work overall. My experience, however, was impacted by management challenges, particularly a lack of consistent focus and attention on the business. With stronger leadership alignment, Ivanti has the potential to be an even better environment for employees

My experience was fair to average. I was in a startup public sector role with little support or resources but the rest of the organization was well supported.

They are laying off a lot of great employees and losing other employees to competitors. Management is uncertain and very harsh. No product training for new hires. No on boarding plan at all.
