Current Employee Disconnected leadership from sellers. Quota increased. Selling metrics were increased and commission percentage decreased mid year. The selling rules of engagement were increased yet again October 20th. The thought from sales leadership is this is a way to close the gap, "increase price to sell and implement additional hurdles to close out the year". I read the announcement multiple times and still can't understand the logic as I type this here. However, the message is clear, the sales teams and individuals are not a priority.
