Current Employee Haven’t seen any other place in the Silicon Slopes willing to offer as much as JN will offer you to do a good job
Unfortunately, upward mobility has hit a wall. SDR Team is over-tenured and Account Executive team had gotten smaller over the years with minimal backfill. Opportunity to grow is present in the Ancillary side of the sales team, but there is not exact set path for promotion, just up to timing of company need
If you are willing to grind for excellent compensation in this market, this position is amazing and done we well for a long time.
If you are looking to advance your career quickly, the the timing isn’t right here
