Current Employee3.3Jan 27, 2025Management pushes people to work harder and do things without really explaining why or training on how to best accomplish what they are asking. Grindy culture. Lots of nice people within the team but leadership is lacking. Lots of turnover. Never really looking at what leadership could do better just pushing people to do more with the same or less.
