The compensation could be better, but we are a mission driven company and deeply aligned with one another on why we are here and what we are trying to accomplish. As a result, the culture is excellent. As we grow into the 8-900 employee range, maintaining that 100 person company culture becomes challenging, but leadership does their best to keep everyone on track. Sam and Forrest are genuine, excellent leaders and a lot of the great things about this company flow from them and their original passion and dedication to the customers we serve.
