Awesome people, but very low base salary for the market and not much room to grow. Good place to get started in sales as a BDR with room to go to an AE but not much growth from there. It’s mostly just transactional sales that are fast like a call center.

It’s definitely a grind, high volume (100 dials/day) and prospects can be flaky since it’s SMB But it’s a good place to start your sales career

Jobber is great at many things but don't go there if you are looking for DEI or a good salary to live on.
