Sales organization that tries really hard to control reps but doesnt actually know how to motivate. Pays painfully low but will give you a piece of lego. Burns out many reps. Only good for getting foot in the door to tech sales if you have no other option. Junior and inexperienced leadership.

Scaling too quickly, lack of quality opportunities. It feels like we are growing too big too fast and are not compensating reps for increased workloads

My overall experience with Jobber was good. It's great for people starting in sales to get repetitions and sell software to people who want to improve their business. Great market fit. But need to get to different level (mid market) if you want to make for money for yourself and family
