My experience has been a good one here at J&J. Each operating company will manage the sales force in completely different ways, so ensures you do your research.

People used as pawns, favoritism, lack of diversity and will to partner. People being hired into leadership roles with no experience.

There are multiple divisions with different comp plans. On the capital sales side you can clear $200k but the majority of rules are between $125-175 with great benefits.
