I’m on the partner team and it’s kind of a joke. Both manager and director made our version of President’s Club. Despite not on AE making it (they are also tied to Account Managers). The deal sizes are sub $1K MRR. The buyers are never serious. The IB lead flow is non-existent, which has led to prospecting power hours. Which is borderline useless for cold calling. I think one person has hit monthly quota in my time here.

My overall experience has been good. Activity goals are high, and quota for meetings booked, completed and converted are pretty high as well. You are only compensated for meetings completed and Sales ops created from those meetings. Very high no show rate for meetings booked company wide.

Product was jack or all trades and master of none. Has a small niche of customers to sell to. People that worked there were nice. The long term goal of the company doesn’t seem achievable.
