Being an AE1 here is not great- all of your leads get taken by senior reps who have referrals. They also just added a new quota which requires you to sell 4 logos a quarter in addition to your arr quota. So you have to hit both quotas in order to get paid out fully

This is a good company to work for. The benefits are great. The pay is also pretty good. They have good training for employees. I highly recommend it.
