I would say the only con in the sales development org specifically, is there isn't a ton of professional development or growth right now. I wish there was more opportunity to progress, increase my income and grow professionally.

JW should focus on setting up sellers with realistic targets, especially for sellers in non east/north east markets. They also should really focus on trying to build a national brand.
