Justworks is arguably the single most toxic culture I have ever worked for. They outwardly imply they are this open, accepting, diverse company. But once they are finished gaslighting you with free food for a month, you are then met with the typical toxic high school drama and cliques atmosphere. Be as awful of a company as you would like, but stop implying an inclusive culture if you are just going to be the opposite.

ive just started and really feel based on the training ive recieved so far that justworks has the best PEO on the market (for SMB) on the market. this is the first company where I can have full confidence in customer support being 10/10 for the ppl i sell too. that makes me feel great that customers really are taken care even after they sign on to a great product...Read More

Company is not perfect (most aren't) but they have strong leadership and take rep views into account when things are going well and when they aren't. Mission is super inspiring around helping small businesses which gives some meaning to work!
