Great people - great org to stay at if you can make it to the national/regional level. You are 100% responsible for your pipeline make up until you get to Sr. AE -- you'll get an inbound or two per quarter in this market but these typically are not enough to get you to goal. You'll be assigned to a geographic territory and you also have an account cap in place of 1000 accounts making it harder to be able to work ideal prospects. Product is strong, client retention is high but other players in the space are bringing more to the table in terms of true all in one solutions

Company is not perfect (most aren't) but they have strong leadership and take rep views into account when things are going well and when they aren't. Mission is super inspiring around helping small businesses which gives some meaning to work!

This is a good company to work for. The benefits are great. The pay is also pretty good. They have good training for employees. I highly recommend it.
