The culture at Karbon is exactly what I was looking for in my job search. The culture is amazing, and everyone is eager to help, especially my manager. I am becoming increasingly confident in my role each day, and I am excited about the opportunities that lie ahead for me within Karbon.

Its has been great so far, leadership has an incredible pulse on the org, and the product is elite.

New CEO is bringing some good changes, some bad. She has had success building organizations but usually at a cost. Product was strong 2 years ago but feature releases are taking too long and the rest of the market is catching up. Good YoY growth as a company but concerns around going up market and overall product churn.
