How would you describe the interview process for the role you applied for, and what should others expect, pros and cons, etc?

It's a pretty straight forward process. 1-2 meetings with hiring manager or potentially your manager.  From my memory I believe it was 4 rounds. The first 2 being more personality and culture fit and the 3rd being more situational based. For the final round, it's a role-play: They ask you to 'sell them a software/website you are familiar with'. They act as buyers of the software. I chose one that I use regularly for a side hustle. They were understanding when I fumbled through things and they were great at staying in character and making it easy to complete a discovery/demo.
