KS has been a great company to work for yet their compensation doesn’t match up with industry standards. Sell more each year, make the same comp just doesn’t make sense.

I would have to say the overall sentiment at the company and goals of individual contributors are good. The problem stems from the Director level and above - desire to delegate blame for underperforming is high. Desire to place blame on others without work assist or lead market teams is also high. Challenging leadership dynamics, key products are long in the tooth. However the company is a strong strategic with a good foothold in a lot of major IDNs and a major GPO as well.
