Tenure was once an important part of the role and product innovation was at the forefront. The lack of innovation and ability to drive cutting technology has hindered the growth in the last few years and actually has hurt overall numbers and the company has begun to retract. Previously a great organization to work for, however leadership changes and lackluster product portfolio with reduced income potentials are hindering this organization moving forward.

Challenging leadership dynamics, key products are long in the tooth. However the company is a strong strategic with a good foothold in a lot of major IDNs and a major GPO as well.
