Current Employee Overall experience is positive. Tons of resources available to help you sell including leveraging engineers and executives. They are heavy on promote from within culture and continuously growing so if you perform you can move into first time management/director roles.
Company reputation is negative but has been improving. There are lots of uncontrollables that ruin relationships with your book of business. Book of business is set to a certain amount so you’re limited in who you can sell to and hopefully you have workable accounts. Also, it can feel like a lot of people around you are inept.
