This company promises the world, but rarely delivers on the promises. Goal posts are constantly moving. Quotas have not been mathematically achievable for nearly 2 years. Even when you provide the math to support why the goal should be lowered, it is rarely adjusted to what is mathematically possible (Quota / (working hours per quarter/Avg hours per deal * ASP). If it weren’t for my peers I would have left long ago. That being said, the company is positioned incredibly well in the market and the product portfolio, but they’re bleeding top performers and have been slow to make the necessary changes to retain said talent.

Customer sentiment towards Kaseya needs to change. Product will be superior in the future, no doubt in that, especially with Rania the new CEO focusing on product development and customer experience.
