Current Employee I started at Kaseya as an individual contributor and grew into a Sales Manager role leading Inside Sales teams across the NAM, EMEA, and APAC regions. Over the years, I built and coached strong teams, consistently met revenue goals, and helped reps grow into top performers. Kaseya puts a lot of focus on training and enablement, and it is not a hire-and-fire type of place, though your experience can depend on the team you join.
There are challenges too. Demand generation has been a struggle and reps often don’t get enough top-quality leads to hit quota easily. The sales process is manual and can feel slow and heavy at times, and the company itself can feel a bit bureaucratic. Still, I had the chance to work across multiple products, learn from a lot of great people and grow quickly in my career.
