Former Employee I have a great memory of the team and local leadership was build up by nice managers, however due to poor executive leadership the company is a mess. Customers being billed twice or three times for products. Very much focussed on bad metrics. 50 calls a day for 30 smb customers in your book of business… customers don’t want to be called twice a day by a vendor. Especially smb’s.
