Lies from leadership team at the C-level, no job security even for those that meet goals, frat-like management culture ripe for sexual harassment lawsuits, poor base compensation in a city with high-cost of living, poor commission-based incentives against industry averages, no accountability from leadership and instead fire/blame underlings, and no sense of respect/considerations for the customer/ just want to squeeze every last drop from them instead of seeing them succeed and stay in business. Kaseya is hands down the most toxic and awful place to work. The leadership at this company is filled with insecure narcissistic control freaks.
