My overall experience is good based upon being an employee of an acquired company, Datto, and faced with the challenges that comes with mergers. Although the changes have been constant, the company as a whole (Kaseya/Datto) has managed it very efficiently. I am in a hunter role, full sales cycle role with a ton of terms of engagement on accounts, so it does complicate prospecting more. However, once the prospects are engaged, there's tons of resources and people to support the sales motion.

Product market fit is great, management is delusional. You are a number on an excel sheet here. Great place to start out and help you figure out what you want. You can be successful here if management likes you and spoon feeds you happy customers

Go to market strategy changes every quarter with new C level executives. It is a race to the bottom in price, when they already had great products, I feel they are hurting their image as a company from a customer standpoint, and as a reseller/msp standpoint. They are moving backwards, in a way.
