Kaseya has some great products , customer facing events, and incentives for account management. As one grows in the company, I found the goals grow without an increase in base pay or feasible paths to hit goals. As a high performer, I was ‘promoted’ 4 times with one $6k base increase. The teams are awesome and peers are the highlight of the job here.

overall experience was good, but their account management process is broken. They hire 40-50 people a month, all new accounts go to one specific department, and all other teams have to deal with shuffled around accounts.
