Kaseya has great products and the IT complete vision resonates well with the partners. Very low base and we took a 20% commission cut at the beginning of the year. Quota is unattainable for 90% of the org. AEs don't have a set promo plan stating the production metrics we need to hit to get promoted.

No spiffs, accelerators, and commission is just ok. If this is your first sales job the money is ok not if you are seasoned.
