Current Employee Great market fit as far as the products go. Leadership on the NCA side can be extremely condescending. Some speak to everyone like they're children which then cascades down through the directors and managers and ultimately there is no feeling of mutual respect.
We did get leads which is great but the quota is completely unattainable and not one person in the NCA organization hit their quota in 2023 (there are two parts of the quota) some reps did hit one of the two parts of the quota in a month but hitting both portions of the quota was extremely rare.
