Product is solid and has a great market fit but the company environment is horrendous. I was there for 10 months and the company underwent three rounds of layoffs, cumulatively cutting almost 50% of their sales team. All the 1-2 star reviews on Glassdoor are accurate. Nothing more I can say that hasn’t already been said.

difficult to not feel burnt out due to expectations, unstructured operations, cross-functional teams not on the same page, and a almost zero true leadership
