Former Employee RUN — Do Not Walk — Away.
This company is a complete disaster. HR is remote, inexperienced, and offers zero real support. Leadership — especially David, the Director of Sales — sets the tone with unprofessionalism, bias, and no accountability. There’s a known substance abuse issue and repeated sexist and homophobic remarks that are ignored by management.
Favoritism is rampant. High-value deals are handed to favorites regardless of merit. Most managers are first-timers with no real leadership ability — just ego and insecurity.
The CEO, Jeff, has openly said he wants to lay off half the team and replace them with AI. When asked about a 401(k) match, his response was, “That money has to come from somewhere.” Translation: you’re not worth investing in.
Base salaries are embarrassingly low, with no stipends for health, food, or basic employee needs. The company does the bare minimum and expects blind loyalty in return.
If you value your time, growth, or sanity, avoid this place at all costs. Toxic, unstable, and ethically broken from the top down.
