If you are early on in your sales career Aircall is a good place to get initial experience and work with nice people at a peer level and have good benefits overall. Change is pretty consistent and management could be more experienced.

If I could give less than one star, I would. Chaos, poor leadership, and a complete lack of support. From the day I started, it was clear that this company is far more interested in micromanaging metrics than investing in its people or product. Avoid at ALL COSTS!
